In the area of public housing, we initiated the “Transparency Law”, an amendment to the Public Housing Residents’ Rights Law, which guarantees tenants access to essential information.

We have also worked extensively on urban renewal, both through community engagement and policy advocacy, leading to reforms in Standard 21, which governs the rights of longtime residents in neighborhoods undergoing redevelopment (pinui-binui).
